Steve Mallory has been around land his whole life. Growing up in a small farming community in Central Missouri, his father owned and operated a small fertilizer company, serving a regional customer base of folks who worked the land or owned livestock. As with most small operations like this, the kids are part of it from a young age, like it or not, and Steve learned how to work with his hands and fix things yourself. His late father always said, “If you have the right tools, you can fix almost anything”.

Steve moved onto college and received his Management Accounting Bachelor’s of Science degree after his farming days, but he took with him valuable experiences and lessons that have shaped who he is to this day. His professional career has taken him through home building (both production and custom), construction software management & training, and owning a small business accounting and tax firm. With over 15 years of home building experience, much of that being scattered-site custom (land development included), Steve’s knowledge of land expanded from just farming and agriculture to the many ways land can be utilized.

So in September of 2022, Steve decided it was time to put his focus on real estate and specifically create a niche to assist people in selling or buying land. He started TSH Enterprises, LLC with a goal in mind to always Put People First, regardless of any desired financial outcome. The name actually means Thankfulness – Service – Honor and that’s how he approaches his daily life. Steve’s ultimate goal is to support his family by assisting others whether that’s simply buying your land for cash, helping you understand how your land could be utilized or consulting you on your land’s acrevalue.
